 Date: Nov 23 2024 Time: 1:57pm Climate condition: Cloudy with 8mph wind from West Temperature: 45F Length of Day: 9hr 32min Organisms felt, seen, heard: Lots of birds chirping and flying around, lots of squirrels, saw first bug since Field study 3 I think Changes from last visit: Basically no leaves on trees besides one oak tree in middle of sand dune. Date:Nov 10 Time:12:41pm Tempreture:56F Length of day: 9hr 57min Organisms felt, seen, heard: Squirel, birds chirping branches braking and falling to groud leaves blowing around on ground Changes since last visit: Basically no leaves on trees and lots on ground, much less buy activity and just less animal activity in general, Ive also noticed that over time it has been windier and windier when I visit with more clouds Data + Observations from observation time: After we had an inch and a half of rain the leaves where on the ground, probably knocked down by the wind and rain from the storm. When the leaves where healthy and this happened thay stayed on.

Date: Oct 12 Time: 10:16am Tempreture: 53F Length od Day: 11hr 13min Organisms felt, seen, heard: Birds chirping, leaves russeling in trees, squirls, mosquito looking thing Changes since last visit: Colder, more leaves on ground, some trees begining to change color Questions related to awe and stewardship: Who built the bat houses? How do birds know when to go south? Why is it windier in the winter? Why dont pine trees change color?

Date: sep 25 2024 Time: 7:04pm Tempreture: 69F Length of Day: 11hr 59min Organisms felt, seen, heard: Deer, small bird, crikets, tree leaves rusling Changes since last visit: Slightly more leaves on the groud, ground was wet Question about what I saw? - Why kind of bird did I just see? - What kind of bird did I just hear? Same bird I saw? - Why is that deer walking twords me? - Will I ever see bats go into those bat houses? - Do crikets die in the winter?
